We know the power of managing your brand’s perception on the marketplace. Why? Because perception is everything. Perceptions define your brand. People buy based on the way they perceive your brand meets their needs. People do not always buy with their heads. But they will never buy against their hearts. Winning hearts and minds is the ultimate goal.
A brand’s power is its ability to hit us viscerally. You build a strong brand by reaching people at their very core and making them envision what they can become by associating themselves with your brand. You don’t get to dictate what your brand is or can become to your audience. You only get to influence opinions and perceptions. Managing your brand’s perception should be an active and deliberate process. We believe you should never allow others to set the course of your brand's perception.
Knowing that we need to influence perceptions and reach people viscerally is just the start. To do it you need to know what they are thinking. You can ask and we do that. But people only sometimes tell you what they think you want to hear.
But what if you could listen and really hear what people were thinking in places where they were being honest? What if you could also learn why people feel, think and even buy what they do? And what if you could also identify how to find more of the positive people (so they can become good customers) and less of the negative ones? And then what if we could help figure out how to keep good customers, well, good?
